The Conjurer

I can finally show you this series I did with the model Agnès von Hohenstaufen, I named it "The Conjurer"

I took them a while ago in a very rainy day, but I'm happy with the final results, the rain give to them a nice atmosphere, also it was a pleasure to work with Agnès. She did a great great job under the rain!

I hope to work with her again soon!

In the pictures there's also featured a talisman from Under the Pyramids.

Finalment us puc ensenyar ls fotografies que vaig fer amb la model Agnès von Hohenstaufen, he anomenat la sèrie "The Conjurer"

Vaig fer aquestes fotografies fa uns mesos en un dia realment plujós, però estic contenta amb els resultats finals, la pluja els hi dóna una atmosfera misteriosa que m'agrada. Treballar amb l'Agnès va ser un plaer, va fer una gran feina sota la pluja!

Espero poder tornar a treballar amb ella ben aviat!

Hello there! it has been a long time since I didn't post anything here. I had trouble with my computer and it have taken a long to be fixed. I know I had this abandoned but this doesn't mean that I haven't been working, in fact I've been really busy working on new series and projects. I think now is the time to take more care of this blog, I will show you the works I've doing during this time, so I'm going to upload them here soon! stay tunned!

Hola a tots! Ha passat molt de temps des de que no publicava res aquí. He tingut problemes amb l'ordinador que han tardat molt en arreglar-se. Sé que he tingut això abandonat, però això no vol dir que no hagi estat treballant, de fet, he estat molt ocupada treballant en noves sèries i projectes! Em sembla que ara és el moment de revifar i cuidar més aquest blog. Us ensenyaré els treballs que he estat fent durant aquest temps, els aniré penjant aquí, estigueu atents!!

Cutebone

As I told you in older posts some months ago part of my work was published in the french magazine Sciences Occultes. This featuring brought me the opportunity to know some other great artists and crafters. I have talked in some old posts about the work of Mathyld and her brand ▲ under the pyramids ▲,  but apart of Mathyld I met some other interesting people as Caroll, Caroll is the lovely lady beyond the jewelry brand called Cutebone.

Cutebone is based in Paris and it's inspired by magic, dust and woods. I really find Caroll's jewels magical and romantic at the same time, they remind me about histories regarding witches hidden in the forests but also they transport me to the delicacy and elegance of the paintings, photography and fashion of the XIX century.

Caroll and I started talking and decided to make something together. Here you have the result of our first collaboration, featuring some different Cutebone jewels and also a cutebone x selp necklace!

En posts anteriors vaig comentar que part de la meva obra havia estat publicada a la revista francesa Sciences Occultes. Aquesta publicació em va portar l'oportunitat de conèixer altres artistes i creadors. Ja he parlat en altres publicacions sobre la Mathyld i la seva marca ▲ under the pyramids ▲, però a part de la Mathyld he conegut altres persones molt interessants com la Caroll. La Caroll és la noia encantadora que hi ha darrera la marca de joieria Cutebone.

Cutebone és una marca de Paris inspirada per la màgia, la pols i els boscos. Realment trobo les joies de la Caroll molt màgiques i romàntiques alhora, aquestes em recorden a històries sobre bruixes amagades als boscos  però també em transporten a la delicadesa de les pintures, la fotografia i la moda del s.XIX.

La Caroll i jo vam començar a parlar i vam decidir fer alguna cosa juntes. Aquí teniu el resultat de la nostra primera col·laboració. In an other post I introduced the work of the brand ▲ under the pyramids ▲ led by the lovely Mathyld. In that post I focused on the runic amulets, now it's the turn for the Crystal Talismans.

For this pieces I decided to find another magical place to shoot, and I finally chose a basalt cliff. This place merges perfectly the magic from Mathyld's talismans with the magic of nature!
Here you have the pictures, featuring ▲ under the pyramids ▲ crystal talismans and a decorative bones vial that Mathyld gifted to me.



En un altre post us vaig presentar el treball de la marca ▲ under the pyramids ▲ creada  per l'encantadora Mathyld. En aquell post em vaig centrar en els amulets rúnics i ara és el torn dels "Crystal Talismans".

Per a aquestes peces vaig decidir buscar un altre lloc màgic per poder realitzar les fotografies, i finalment em vaig decidir per unes cingleres basàltiques. Aquest lloc combina perfectament la màgia dels talismans de la Mathyld amb la màgia de la natura!
Aquí teniu les fotografies on apareixen els "Crystal Talismans" de ▲ under the pyramids ▲ i un potet decoratiu amb ossos que la  Mathyld em va regalar.

I would like to thank Mathyld for doing this collaboration with me,  and I hope we could do a lot more!

Few months ago, part of my work was published in the French  magazine Sciences Occultes. In the same issue you can read an article about the French jewelry brand ▲ under the pyramids ▲. I just saw the pictures of the jewels,  and they seemed magical and evocative to me, they really transport you to past times and civilizations. The pieces had the charm of something antique and a perfect elegance. The article was very interesting and I began to follow the brand more closely. Few time after, Mathyld, the lovely girl behind the brand, contacted me. We immediately connected and decided to do something together.

Here you have the first part of the result of collaboration. In the pictures you can see one of her runic amulets. For this collection Mathyld was inspired with menhirs, standing stones, ... so, the chosen location was a menhir in la Garrotxa, the Devil's Stone.




Ara fa uns mesos, part de la meva obra va ser publicada a la revista francesa Sciences Occultes. En aquest mateix número es pot llegir un article sobre la marca de joieria francesa ▲ under the pyramids ▲. Només de veure les fotografies de les joies, aquestes em van semblar màgiques i evocadores, realment et transportaven a èpoques i civilitzacions passades. Tenien l'encant d'allò antic i una elegància perfecta. L'article em va semblar molt interessant i vaig començar a seguir la marca més d'aprop. Poc temps després, la Mathyld, l'encantadora noia que hi ha darrere la marca, em va contactar. De seguida vam connectar i vam decidir fer alguna cosa juntes.

Aquí us deixo part del resultat de la primera col·laboració. A les fotografies podeu veure un dels seus amulets runics. Ja que la Mathyld s'ha inspirat en menhirs, dolmens, ... per la realització d'aquests amulets, la localització escollida per les fotografies, va ser un menhir a la Garrotxa, la Pedra del Diable.
